Pay It Forward

We wanted to make this very simple.  Basically if you Refer a client to us then you will rewarded with an awesome gift card to a local attraction or project management credit as a thanks from us.  You can also "Pay it forward" by giving your credit or gift card to another person.

Fine Print: 

  • We calculate this based on the total job cost amount (labor, materials, and design work.  Our PM Fee is not included in this number).

  • We will do the equivalent in cash as well!

  • Tier 2 is under 100k and over 25K

  • If you receive more than $600 in a year then we will need a signed IRS W-9 so that an IRS 1099 can be issued.
